1. ESTIMATES

At NTX, our primary objective is to deliver a high-quality product and customer experience. To achieve this, we adhere to meticulous workflows and checklists to ensure nothing is overlooked. To contact us, we recommend reaching out to us via email or phone. Subsequently, upon contact, we will email you a list of items we will need and a design form to complete. We acknowledge that you may have not thought about every detail concerning your cabinets. If there’s any uncertainty with any questions, you can input n/a or undecided, or reach out with any questions and we will gladly offer you some guidance to help make the best selection that will align with your envisioned home aesthetic.

Once we have received all the requested information, we will either schedule a discussion if further clarification is needed or proceed with preparing your estimate. Our estimates are detailed, breaking down costs by room with corresponding line items. A total with and without upgrades is shown per room and as well for the entire job cost. This allows you to make informed decisions on any adjustments needed for budget considerations. Quote turnaround time is estimated at 3-4 business days. Remember, our custom cabinets are tailored to your preferences, so providing detailed information upfront ensures the accuracy of your estimate. Once you're happy with the quote (knowing there is potential for it to adjust during the design phase), we'll need a signed contract and a $2500 design deposit to kick things off.
2. DESIGN
Now for the fun part! When we have received the deposit and completed contract from you, we will put your job in the design que and send you what outstanding items that are needed from the initial list we sent to you. We need all of these items/specifics in order to produce a set of accurate drawings and limit the back and forth that can be caused by not obtaining this information on the front end. An initial measure will be set up as well so that we have all the measurements we need. Through a collaborative process, we will generate drawings that seamlessly blend your design preferences with the essential functional elements required for a cohesive outcome.

Communication plays a crucial role at this stage, so feel free to share all of your desired aesthetics, functional necessities, and any concerns you may have with us. Once we submit our initial drawings for your review, we suggest scheduling a meeting, either in person or through virtual platforms such as Zoom, to discuss any alterations or seek clarifications to ensure our product is in alignment with your desired outcome. After finalizing all adjustments and receiving your approval on the drawings, we will provide the completed set for you to sign off on. Subsequently, we will request the remaining 50% deposit to initiate the production phase of your project. After signatures, the deposit, and any open items have been received, your installation time frame of 3-6 weeks will begin.
3. BUILD
The hard part is over. We've got all the nitty-gritty details sorted, and we are ready to craft your dream cabinets. Time for you to sit back, relax, and watch your design become reality. Once the plumbing and wiring are in place, we'll conduct a 2nd measurement to confirm that the cabinets align seamlessly with the designated spaces or if any adjustments are needed before production commences. During the production of your cabinets, we will be in constant communication with you regarding the status of your job, scheduling, or any questions that pop up along the way. Any modifications made after production has commenced may result in delays in cabinet installation. Any associated costs must be settled before any changes are implemented. Each project is meticulously crafted using the industry's most advanced machinery, enabling us to deliver products that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also highly functional. When its the week before your scheduled install, we will confirm all the stars align and we are able to keep the set dates. If for any reason any unexpected alterations to the initially agreed installation timeframe are necessary, we will make every effort to accommodate them. However, it is important to anticipate potential delays until the next open availablity in our schedule.
4. COMPLETION
Install day! The day you have been waiting for. They say always save the best for last! Watch as what started as an idea, become reality. We strongly recommend conducting a final walkthrough with us to identify any outstanding issues that require attention, allowing us to promptly address them. Items not highlighted during this walkthrough will be scheduled for the next available opportunity, potentially incurring additional fees. After your install is complete, we will reach out to get you on the schedule for punch out. Currently we are about 3-4 weeks out for these. During this final visit we will adjust all your doors and drawers, put shelf pins and shelves in the correct locations, put bumpies on the back of all fronts, install any specialty hardware or organizers, address any items brought to our attention, and make sure all of your cabinets general functionality is in working order. We take great pride in witnessing how our cabinets enhance your space and come to life.
